This Privacy Policy explains how Raven.GG USA, Inc. ("Raven.GG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this store. Raven.GG USA, Inc. serves customers in the United States. If you are in the EU, please shop with Raven.GG EU B.V.; if you are in the UK or elsewhere, with Raven.GG Limited — each has its own privacy policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide:
- Contact and identity information — name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address
- Order information — products purchased, order value, delivery preferences
- Communications — messages you send to customer support
- Marketing preferences — whether you signed up for marketing emails

Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed, and interactions with the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site

Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors (e.g. Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping notifications
- To provide customer support and handle refund or replacement claims
- To send marketing emails if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
- To protect against fraud and secure the store
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection)

3. How we share it

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the store, and only for the purposes above:

- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store, processes orders, and sends our marketing emails through Shopify Email
- Payment processors — to process payments securely
- Shipping carriers and our fulfillment partner — name, address, and contact details needed to pick, pack, and deliver your order
- Affiliated companies — Raven.GG Limited (UK) and Raven.GG EU B.V. (Netherlands), for group administration or to redirect orders placed with the wrong regional store
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Sales reporting to our licensing partners is aggregated and contains no personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the store to function (cart, checkout, security) and, where applicable, cookies supporting our email marketing service. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no sale/share to opt out of; browser "Do Not Track" and opt-out preference signals do not change our practices, since we already don't track you across sites.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally 7 years), marketing data until you unsubscribe, and support correspondence for 24 months after resolution.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (including under laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:

- Know/access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

We extend these rights to all US customers regardless of state. To exercise them, email contact@blackbird.team with your request; we will verify your identity using your order details and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent where your state's law provides for it. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and — depending on your state — you may contact your state Attorney General.

California notice: the categories of personal information we collect are identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity (as described in Section 1); we collect them for the business purposes in Section 2; we disclose them to the service providers in Section 3; and we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.

7. Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the store or emailed to you.
