Where will my order ship from?

Orders delivered within the United States ship from Austin, Texas. Orders delivered outside the United States ship from the United Kingdom.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated separately from the product price and vary based on your delivery address. The available shipping options and final cost will be shown at checkout.

 

When will my order arrive?

You’ll receive an estimated delivery timeframe during checkout. We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur because of circumstances outside our control.

 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and no cosmetic damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Are personalized or made-to-order products returnable?

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@raven.gg as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant.

This requested reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair, refund, or another solution required by applicable law.

 

How do the jerseys fit?

The jerseys have an athletic, true-to-size fit. If you prefer a looser or more oversized fit, we recommend selecting one size larger. Please review the size guide before ordering.

 

What are the jerseys made from?

Each official 2026 Overwatch World Cup jersey features:

  • 180gsm custom Overwatch-pattern jacquard knit

  • 100% polyester construction

  • 3D silicone nation crest

  • Silicone shoulder logos and official Overwatch branding

  • TPU authenticity jock tag with OWWC 26 branding

  • Custom ribbed collar and sleeve cuffs

  • Sublimated artwork

How should I wash my jersey?

To keep your jersey looking its best:

  • Wash inside out on a cool cycle

  • Use mild detergent

  • Wash dark colors separately

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Cool iron on the reverse
