These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Overwatch World Cup Store, including purchases made through the Store.

Products available through the Store are sold by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., located at 1 Blizzard Way, Irvine, California 92618, United States (“Blizzard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Blizzard is the merchant of record and is responsible for accepting customer orders, charging customers’ payment methods, and providing refunds required under these Terms or applicable law.

The Store website is operated by Hyperdrive Creative LLC, on behalf of Blizzard.

Products are manufactured and shipped by Raven.gg Ltd. Raven also provides customer support on Blizzard’s behalf.

By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Store. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

 

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, and other details accurately. The appearance of colors may vary depending on your screen and device.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product information at any time.

Please review the product description, size guide, care instructions, and return eligibility before ordering.

 

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or inventory unavailability

• Pricing or description errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Payment authorization failure

• Shipping restrictions

• Violation of these Terms

• Legal, regulatory, or sanctions requirements

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

 

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges may be added to the displayed product price and will be shown during checkout when available.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted with your order for the total amount displayed at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

5. Taxes and import charges

You are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, and related charges unless the checkout expressly states that they are included in the amount paid.

International orders may be subject to customs processing and delays imposed by local authorities.

 

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders delivered within the United States ship from Austin, Texas. Orders delivered outside the United States ship from the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs vary based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Available options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt if they are in their original packaging, have all tags attached, and have no cosmetic damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@raven.gg within 14 calendar days after receipt and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Additional conditions are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

 

8. Customer accounts

If the Store allows customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

 

9. Intellectual property

The Store and its content—including Overwatch names, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Blizzard and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of or a license to commercially use any intellectual property appearing on the product or Store.

You may use the Store only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from Store content without prior written permission from the applicable rights owner.

 

10. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the Store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Submit false or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Store or another user’s information

• Interfere with the Store’s security or operation

• Introduce malicious code or automated scraping tools

• Use Store content or products in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights

• Purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale

• Circumvent product, territory, quantity, or shipping restrictions

• Use the Store in violation of applicable trade or sanctions laws

We may restrict or terminate access to the Store if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

 

11. Third-party services

Service Providers

Blizzard uses service providers to operate and support the Store.

Hyperdrive Creative, LLC operates the Store website on Blizzard’s behalf.

Raven.gg Ltd manufactures and ships products and provides customer support on Blizzard’s behalf.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related technology used by the Store. Additional providers may support payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, hosting, and delivery.

These providers may process information or perform services on Blizzard’s behalf, subject to applicable agreements and law.

 

12. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Store may use cookies and similar technologies. Where required, you can manage nonessential technologies through the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

13. Accessibility

We are committed to improving the accessibility and usability of the Store. If you experience an accessibility barrier or need assistance placing an order, please contact contact@raven.gg.

 

14. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Store accurate, secure, and available. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

This section does not exclude warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

 

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blizzard and its affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Store or purchase of its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

 

16. Changes to the Store or these Terms

We may update the Store and these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

 

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of the country or region where you live.

 

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
